Cuiroma Group ships its handcrafted creations worldwide thanks to premium international express shipping services, among the most reliable in the world.
Our main logistics partners are:
FedEx International Priority, DHL Express, and in some cases UPS Express.
In about 90% of shipments, packages are delivered via FedEx Express Priority, our main partner.
In certain logistical cases or depending on the destination, your package may also be shipped via DHL Express or UPS Express.
This is completely normal and does not affect the quality of the service or the delivery speed in any way.
Delivery rates
Delivery fees start at 24 EUR, depending on the destination and the weight of the package.
The exact price will be displayed to you at the time of validating your order, before any payment.
Processing & shipping times
At Cuiroma, each product is handcrafted in an artisanal manner as soon as your order is received.
This is not a stock product, nor an industrial product, nor an imported product.
It is a custom creation, made by 4 to 5 artisans specialized in the workshops of the Medina of Fes.
The processing and manufacturing time for the order is 1 to 8 business days, depending on the complexity of the product.
Delivery times
Delivery times are 1 to 4 days maximum via FedEx Express Priority and DHL Express.
In some logistical cases or depending on the destination, the delivery times may vary slightly, but they remain within the international express category.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking number by email so you can track your package in real time to your address.
Delivery address modification
You can change your shipping address as long as your order has not yet been shipped.
Change is possible to any country in the world.
Once the package has been handed over to the carrier and the tracking number has been generated, no changes can be made.

In case of delay or setback
If you haven't received your order after 15 to 20 days, it doesn't mean that it is lost.
Each order is handled carefully and individually, and the artisanal manufacturing takes time.
We ask you not to open a dispute and to contact us directly in order to find a quick solution.
