Article 1 – Purpose and Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale define the contractual rights and obligations between UnionArtisanat.com, hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”, and any individual or legal entity making a purchase through the website, hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”.
Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Article 2 – Products
UnionArtisanat.com pays particular attention to the presentation of its products. Each product is accompanied by a detailed description specifying its essential characteristics, including material, dimensions, finishes, and size.
Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only. Due to the artisanal nature of the products, slight variations may occur and shall not be considered defects.
Only products available at the time of order confirmation are offered for sale.
Article 3 – Prices
Prices are displayed in euros or US dollars and are shown inclusive of all applicable taxes, excluding shipping costs.
The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.
Shipping costs are indicated separately before the final validation of the order and remain the responsibility of the Customer.
For international deliveries, any customs duties, local taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country remain the sole responsibility of the Customer.
UnionArtisanat.com reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without affecting orders already confirmed.
Article 4 – Orders
An order becomes final once the shopping cart has been validated, payment has been confirmed, and the order confirmation email has been sent to the Customer.
An order number is assigned and communicated to the Customer.
UnionArtisanat.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of payment failure, inaccurate information, or suspected fraud.

Article 6 – Delivery
Orders are shipped within 48 business hours following payment confirmation.
Delivery is handled by a professional carrier to the address provided by the Customer at the time of ordering. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are generally estimated between 48 hours and 4 business days.
Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the volumetric weight of the items and are entirely borne by the Customer.
Each product is carefully packaged to ensure optimal protection during transport.
An invoice may be included upon request made at the time of ordering.
Article 7 – Warranty and Conformity
All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity.
In the event of proven non-conformity, the Customer has a period of 30 days from receipt of the product to submit a claim.
After verification, the product may be exchanged or refunded.
Minor variations resulting from artisanal manufacturing are not considered defects.

UnionArtisanat.com shall not be held liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs blockages, force majeure events, or improper use of the product by the Customer.
